salad: heirloom tomato 

I N G R E D I E N T S

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
2 lb mixed cherry heirloom tomatoes
1 1/2 cups small basil leaves
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

W O R K

1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, lemon juice and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Add tomatoes and basil. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
