sauce: avocado 

 

aji verde

I N G R E D I E N T S

1-2 medium fresh jalapeños, diced
2 ripe avocados
1 ¼ cups fresh cilantro
1 medium clove garlic
1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ cup Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise
1/3 cup of water
sea salt to taste

W O R K

1. Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth sauce forms. Add more water if necessary. season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 1 week
