aji verde sauce



1-4 medium fresh jalapeños, chopped
1 avocado
1 cup fresh cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise
1/3 cup of water
sea salt to taste




Combine all ingredients in blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth sauce forms
Add more water if necessary
season to taste with salt

Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid
 refrigerate for up to 1 week
