Lauren Paige is a writer, editor, and author with over ten years of experience focusing on food, health, wellness, and beauty. Her first cookbook, Avocado Obsession, was released in 2020, highlighting her enthusiasm for storytelling centered around creative, ingredient-based lifestyles. She's been an editor at Dotdash Meredith for three years, managing Health.com and previously at Allrecipes and L'Oréal Paris Beauty Magazine.
Her writing has been published in notable outlets such as National Geographic, Architectural Digest, Essence Magazine, Shondaland, Cherry Bombe Magazine, Eaten Magazine, Life & Thyme Magazine, The Kitchn, Forks Over Knives, Taste of Home, Mashed, and The Manual. Before pursuing her creative calling, Lauren spent a decade in affordable housing development, leading projects with major supportive and mental health agencies in New York. Her work provided safe, clean, and affordable housing to vulnerable populations.
As a multidisciplinary artist, she excels in both photography and painting, conveying her viewpoint through visual and written media. Her extensive travels inspire her through a variety of cultures, culinary traditions, and the everyday beauty she encounters.
